Nature Walk & Ranch House Tour

Saturday 06/13/2026 8:30 AM

The next "Second Saturday" monthly Guided Nature walk will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026. The Guided Walk will be led by State Parks Interpreter Tyler Lindberg. The Guided Nature Walk will provide an opportunity to observe wildlife at the park and learn about their natural habitat, as well as to learn about the natural and cultural history of the area.

After the Guided Walk, Tyler will conduct a tour of the historic Anderson Marsh Ranch House.

Walks begin at 8:30am. Meet in the parking lot at 8:15am for an opportunity to observe the birds and other wildlife found in the picnic area. The walks take between 1½ and 3 hours, depending on the route taken. Steady rain will cancel the walk. Dogs are not allowed on the park trails.

The Ranch House tour will begin immediately after the conclusion of Guided Walk.

Please join us for a relaxed walk in the park - and take a look at the Anderson Ranch House!
